It affects us physically and is increasingly a threatening concern. Tactile audio technologies render weather phenomena and human sensibility. <em>Logi_Ciel<\/em> artistically analyses and augments atmospheric forces. What we hear and feel is the sound of a climate in flux.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Referring to the French term <em>logiciel<\/em>, \u201csoftware,\u201d we develop a hybrid weather forecast system that sonically analyses weather phenomena.
