DON’T DRINK THE KOOL AID

Thursday, August 4th 2016, czirp czirp landed under a grove in Sigmund Freud Park, 1090 Vienna (Votiv Kirche) to cool you off with some girl’s pop from the End Of Time Hit List – (following an inspiration by Prince Rama).

czirp czirp was wise enough not to invoke The End of The World, but the beginning of Now Time! The interpetation of “apocalypse” as “cataclystic event” is a modern idea. We will disrupt time and space and channel “The Apocalypse” (Greek, apokalyptein: apo- “from” + kalyptein “to cover, conceal”) in its original sense as “revelation”, “insight” or “vision”.

Throughout the summer of 2016 Shilla Strelka, Robert Schwarz and Bernhard Tobola put together fine musical line-ups under the name PARKEN. These picknick events took place every Thursday 5pm – 10pm and were continued in 2017.

Exact location: 48°12’52.8″N 16°21’36.9″E

Weather

Following line-up Aug. 4th, 2016:  Bird People, Gisa Fellerer and czirp czirp.
